Brad is a qualified actuary (IFoA) with more than fifteen years building regulated financial businesses across four continents. He founded a digital insurer acquired by Santam, chairs the AI-driven compliance platform he founded, and was Chief Data Officer of Indonesia’s first cloud-native digital bank as it grew past ten million customers. When managing his own cross-border wealth proved impossible to do well, he started building Centry: one system that unifies tax and wealth into a single intelligent plan.

Rupert is an experienced founder and operator who moved to Cascais and found himself wrestling with the same cross-border wealth complexity Brad had faced in Singapore. Through YC's cofounder matching network, they connected, and what started as parallel frustration turned into shared conviction. Rupert leads operations, ensuring every client interaction is seamless and every plan is executed with precision.

Henry has spent seventeen years in wealth management and financial advice from every seat at the table: adviser, proposition designer, acquirer of advice businesses, and regulator at the UK’s Financial Conduct Authority, where he led the sector’s reviews of ongoing advice services and consolidation, and wrote the FCA’s first internal paper on the risks of large language models in financial advice. A Certified Financial Planner™ and Chartered FCSI, he builds the governance that lets Centry innovate with regulated rigour.

Andrey has managed money for wealthy families for more than two decades. He founded Fortross Capital Management, a California-registered investment adviser running multi-asset portfolios for high-net-worth clients, and previously led the London investment office of a single-family group with portfolios exceeding $400 million across three countries. An MBA from UCLA Anderson, he has built investment and risk processes alongside the world’s major prime brokers. As Chief Investment Officer, he leads how Centry portfolios are constructed, executed and monitored.

Matthew is a Chartered Financial Analyst and qualified accountant with twenty-five years managing European equities across long-only and long/short funds at Threadneedle, Nomura, UBP and GIB Asset Management. He has launched a Morningstar first-quartile fund, turned a fourth-quartile income fund into a first-quartile outperformer, and won and grown a $100 million mandate for a major US private wealth manager. At Centry, he applies that institutional discipline to portfolios engineered against the life they have to fund.

José supports Centry's tax planning function, working across the complexities of cross-border tax for internationally mobile clients. Based in Portugal, he brings detailed knowledge of European tax frameworks and helps ensure every recommendation is grounded in current legislation and regulatory context.

Miguel provides the legal context that underpins Centry's tax and wealth recommendations. As a legal advisor with experience across Portuguese and European regulatory frameworks, he ensures that entity structures, residency decisions and compliance obligations are handled with the rigour clients expect from a professional firm.

Salvador leads Centry's engineering team, building the platform that ingests complex financial information, structures the fact base, models scenarios and supports the full implementation and monitoring workflow. He brings experience in scalable systems design and a conviction that technology should reduce complexity for users, not add to it.

Andrew is a senior engineer at Centry responsible for the platform infrastructure that powers client workflows, data ingestion and internal tooling. He focuses on building reliable, performant systems that let the team deliver faster and clients see clearer results.

Royden advises Centry on growth strategy, market positioning and scaling the business sustainably. With experience across startups and established financial services, he brings a practical perspective on how to grow a trust-based advisory firm without compromising on the quality of advice or the depth of client relationships.
